Church Leadership

Leadership Team:

Our leadership team recognizes the authority of God, and realizes that we are shepherds who serve under the Chief Shepherd, Jesus Christ. We desire to devote ourselves to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. Our passion and goal is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry until we all attain maturity in the fullness of Christ.

Bro Greenidge

R. Greenidge, Elder

“My name is Rolly Greenidge.  I got saved as a young man while I was a student at the University of the West Indies.  There, I served as a counselor on the board of the Inter School/InterVarsity Christian Fellowship (ISVCF), an outreach program for youths where we share the gospel in High schools, Universities and Colleges. I am a school teacher by profession having taught Science in High school in Trinidad, my country of birth. Also, when my family and I migrated to The United States I taught in the New York City Public Schools for several years. In Trinidad, I was a member of the Woodbrook Pentecostal Chapel for many years.   It was there that I met my wife, Portia. Together, God has blessed us with four children who are all serving the Lord. Since I got saved, it has always been my passion to serve in any capacity the Lord will allow.  My desire is to continue to draw closer to the Lord and be available for Him to use me. One of my favorite scripture verses is Galations 2:20: “I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.” (NIV)

I consider serving as an Elder at Ebenezer Missionary Chapel a privilege God has afforded me. May the Lord help me to serve with diligence and fervency according to His word.”

Paul Sr.P. Jones, Deacon

Greetings in the Precious Name of our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ! My name is Paul Randolph Jones. I received Christ as my Savior at the age of 10 in Nassau, Bahamas at the end of a two week gospel crusade; I have followed Jesus Christ from that blessed day. I have been a member of Ebenezer Missionary Chapel, Inc. since 1989, faithfully serving as a Deacon for the past 25 years. My beautiful wife Joy, and I have been married for 29 years and we are the proud parents of three wonderful children, who are all believers in our Lord and Savior. Serving as a member and leader at Ebenezer has been both challenging and rewarding, however, our God has never failed us yet! One part of my job is to help equip the next generation to understand that “Only What Is Done For Christ Will Last”. We are now witnessing the next generation of young people coming into form in our church. God has always given Ebenezer great and stalwart leaders who have preached and taught the unadulterated Word of God. Therefore, I truly believe that God has greater things in store for Ebenezer. As we are now in our 44th year, our church’s motto, “…Hitherto hath the Lord helped us” 1 Samuel 7:12- will prove that God is true and faithful to His Word.”
My two favorite verses are: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.” Joshua 1:9 Joshua 24:15 “But if serving the Lord seems undesirable to you, then choose for yourself this day whom you will serve, whether the gods your ancestors served beyond the Euphrates, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land you are living. But as for me and my household, we will serve the Lord.”
